About
Over time, I build products, which mostly means fixing things we once thought were already right. Along the way, I’ve become interested in the space where technology meets human behavior — why people adopt something, why they leave, and why the thing that looks obvious in a meeting usually isn’t so obvious in the real world.
Working on products has also taught me to be a little more careful about being wrong. So make a mistake at a small scale and you fix it. Make a mistake at a large scale, and you apologize.
Either way, it helps to write down what you learned.
That’s mostly why I write here. Not to inspire, but to think clearly and document the things that don’t fit into a clean story: trade-offs, mistakes, unfinished ideas, and things I once believed but later changed my mind about.
Most of what I write is about products, payments, AI, and technology. Sometimes I write about life and whatever else I’m trying to understand.
If something here is useful, take it. If not, move on.
